Shipping & Delivery • Standard Shipping: 5–7 working days • Express Shipping: 1–4 working days • Express delivery eligibility is mentioned on applicable products. • Customers in Surat can avail 3-hour or next-day delivery on select products (extra charges apply). • Beonck is not liable for delivery delays caused by natural calamities, shipment issues, holidays, or government regulations. ________________________________________ 5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations • Returns can be requested within 5 days of delivery. A ₹129 reverse shipping fee applies unless the return is due to an error on our part. • Refunds are provided in the form of store credit only. • Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery. o First-time size exchange is free. o A ₹49 fee applies for a second exchange. o A ₹250 fee applies for a second exchange of the same product. • Returned/exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. • Products purchased during Clearance Sales or Exclusive Deals are not eligible for return or exchange. • Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed, as we follow a strict no-money refund policy.
