Delivery Attempts & RTO Policy
• Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice.
• If the parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to origin (RTO), the following will apply:
o If the issue is from the customer's side, a ₹149 deduction will be applied.
o The remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

Delays & Exceptions
Deliveries may be delayed due to:
• Shipment failure
• Natural calamities
• Government regulations
• National holidays
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the above reasons.

A ₹129 reverse shipping fee applies unless the return is due to an error on our part. • Refunds are provided in the form of store credit only. • Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery. o First-time size exchange is free. o A ₹49 fee applies for a second exchange. o A ₹250 fee applies for a second exchange of the same product. • Returned/exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact. • Products purchased during Clearance Sales or Exclusive Deals are not eligible for return or exchange. • Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed, as we follow a strict no-money refund policy.
