Delivery Attempts & RTO Policy

• Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice.
• If the parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to origin (RTO), the following will apply:
o The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.
o If the order was partially paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the paid amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

Delays & Exceptions

Deliveries may be delayed due to:
• Shipment failure
• Natural calamities
• Government regulations
• National holidays

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by the above reasons.

1. Return Policy
Return Window
Returns can be requested within 5 days of delivery.
Return Charges
A reverse shipping charge of ₹149 will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
In such cases, no charge will apply.
Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method, for COD orders, please provide your bank account details or UPI ID.
Return Eligibility
•    The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
•    Items with stains, wear, or damage (unless received in that condition) are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
Items purchased under Exclusive Deals or Clearance Stock Sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Size Exchange Policy
Exchange Window
Customers may request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange Charges
•    The first size exchange is free of charge.
•    A nominal fee of ₹50 applies for the second exchange.
•    If exchanging the same product again, a fee of ₹250 will be charged.
Exchange Eligibility
•    The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
•    Items with stains or damage (unless received in that condition) will not be accepted.
Valid Reasons for Exchange
•    Size mismatch
•    Wrong item received
•    Manufacturing defects
Non-Exchangeable Items
Items bought under Exclusive Deals or Clearance Stock Sales are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
1.    Submit your exchange request through our Exchange Portal.
2.    Once approved, we will schedule a pickup.
3.    If the pickup attempt fails twice, customers must arrange their own shipping.
4.    After a successful quality check, the exchange will be processed.
Stock Availability
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, Refunds are processed to the original payment method; for COD orders you have to provide us your bank account details or UPI ID.
Final Decision
Beonck reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with the stated terms.
