By placing an order with Beonck, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use the site.
2. Product Availability & Orders
• All products listed are subject to availability.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
• In the event of product unavailability or delays, customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp.
3. Pricing & Payments
• All prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We accept secure online payments via authorized payment gateways.
• Beonck reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
4. Shipping & Delivery
• Standard Shipping: 5–7 working days
• Express Shipping: 1–4 working days
• Express delivery eligibility is mentioned on applicable products.
• Customers in Surat can avail 3-hour or next-day delivery on select products (extra charges apply).
• Beonck is not liable for delivery delays caused by natural calamities, shipment issues, holidays, or government regulations.
5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
• Returns can be requested within 5 days of delivery. A ₹149 reverse shipping fee applies unless the return is due to an error on our part.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method, for COD orders, please provide your bank account details or UPI ID.
• Exchanges can be requested within 3 days of delivery.
o First-time size exchange is free.
o A ₹50 fee applies for a second exchange.
o A ₹250 fee applies for a second exchange of the same product.
• Returned/exchanged items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Products purchased during Clearance Sales or Exclusive Deals are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been placed, as we follow a strict no-money refund policy.

6. Privacy & Data Use

Beonck is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays due to unforeseen events
• Technical issues beyond our control

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
