Delivery Attempts & RTO Policy
•    Our delivery partner will attempt delivery twice.
•    If the parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to origin (RTO), the following will apply:
o    If the issue is from the customer's side, a ₹149 deduction will be applied.
o    The remaining balance will be issued as store credit.

Deliveries may be delayed due to:

A reverse shipping charge of ₹129 will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

Return Eligibility
•    The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.
•    Items with stains, wear, or damage (unless received in that condition) are not eligible for return.

2. Size Exchange Policy
Exchange Window
Customers may request a size exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Exchange Charges
•    The first size exchange is free of charge.
•    A nominal fee of ₹49 applies for the second exchange.
•    If exchanging the same product again, a fee of ₹250 will be charged.
Exchange Eligibility
•    The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
•    Items with stains or damage (unless received in that condition) will not be accepted.
Valid Reasons for Exchange
•    Size mismatch
•    Wrong item received
•    Manufacturing defects
Non-Exchangeable Items
Items bought under Exclusive Deals or Clearance Stock Sales are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Process
1.    Submit your exchange request through our Exchange Portal.
2.    Once approved, we will schedule a pickup.
3.    If the pickup attempt fails twice, customers must arrange their own shipping.
4.    After a successful quality check, the exchange will be processed.
Stock Availability
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, store credit or an alternate product will be offered.
Final Decision
Beonck reserves the right to reject any exchange request that does not comply with the stated terms.
